Gray’s anatomy: Anatomy of the Human Body

The Bartleby.com edition of Gray’s Anatomy of the Human Body offers a free online access to the classic 1918, twentieth edition (thoroughly revised and re-edited by Warren H. Lewis). It features 1,247 vibrant engravings -many in colour- as well as a subject index with 13,000 entries ranging from the Antrum of Highmore to the Zonule of Zinn. Useful to archaeologists interested in recognising boned in excavations and certainly to osteoarchaeologists.
